Considerable Experience

Renée Bishop Recruitment opened its doors in March 2004 after Renée had amassed considerable experience in the industry and was ready to meet the challenge of running her own consultancy. Her first three years way exceeded expectations and the business has continued to be buoyant.                             

As a female owned and managed recruitment service provider, her mission is to provide a personalised professional service for clients and candidates alike. Renée has always viewed her clients’ businesses as an extension of her own. Her objective is to have a total understanding of the business and the culture. This, together with a strong intuitive ability has served her well in making the right placements.

Geared For Growth

Renée’s people skills have ensured long-term relationships with people she has placed. Many of her original candidates have become her present day clients, which has been very rewarding. Her continued association with a company has meant keeping up with its growth and changes, facilitating an almost ‘in house’ brief to prospective applicants, adding value to the interviewee.

Apart from being well suited to what she does, Renée has incredible drive and enjoys the challenge of making the right placement. Her experience in the industry has taught her that employing the wrong person can result in poor productivity and in some cases the loss of other staff, not to mention the financial liability.

Renée is trained and has worked in corporate HR and in sales and has recruited finance positions extensively. She has contracted at various companies over the years, which has exposed her to a variety of corporate environments.  She is well versed in Targeted Selection and Competency Based Recruitment techniques, is passionate about what she does and is highly respected in the industry.
