2 – 3 years experience in a broad range of networking environments

Responsibilities
Coordinate Monthly Newsletter
Content stocking of website, updating website content and various other aspects of website administration
Identify, maintain and update new ways of networking/communicating
via the Internet example: FaceBook, Twitter, Animal Sites, etc.
Educate the client as well as the customer about the product
Maintain company database and keep updated by capturing correct/latest information on a daily basis
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Retrieve documents from filing system
Handle requests for information and data
Resolve any problems and inquiries
Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Visit Clients to build relationships and obtain feedback regarding the product quality and the service experience
Marketing of the brand and the company
Ensure regular, structured feedback to the business
Ad hoc activities as requested from time to time
